How we use it

To estimate your tax, generate reports, answer your questions, and save your history so you can return.

AI processing

To answer questions and read documents we send the relevant text to AI providers. Your PAN is removed from text before the AI field-extraction step. Note that raw scans and photos are read by Mistral (EU-hosted) OCR before that redaction happens, and your chat messages (including any web-search query) are sent as you write them. We do not sell your data.

Third parties we share data with

We use these processors to run the service:

• DeepSeek — powers chat answers, report generation, and field extraction.
• Mistral (EU-hosted) — reads (OCR) the scans and photos you upload.
• Tavily — web search, used only when the search feature is enabled; your query is sent to it.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — hosting and usage analytics.
• Sentry — error monitoring, used only when enabled.

Storage & isolation

Your data is stored in our database (Supabase) and is private to your account via row-level security — other users cannot access it. Uploaded documents live in a private store viewable only by you. Documents are processed for extraction in memory; we do not keep extra copies beyond what you save to your library.

Your control

You can delete documents from your library at any time. To delete your account or other data, contact us.
